Our services
Vallyr provides done-for-you management of reviews, social media, and lead follow-up for local businesses, along with a live reporting dashboard. The specific scope depends on the plan you select.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time, and your service continues through the end of the current billing period.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and the access we need to deliver your services. You are responsible for the legality of the content and offers you ask us to promote.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vallyr for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, including generating fake reviews or sending unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws.
Limitation of liability
Vallyr provides services with reasonable care but does not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
